The artificial grass they have always smells like dog pee when you walk by
Do not move here. I just moved in. Front desk, leasing staff are all great, very nice people. Elevators are broken and there’s no fix date in sight…. Currently takes me 10 minutes to get from my floor to lobby. As well as lobby to my floor. Plus no visitor parking at all…. If elevators got fixed this place would be top tier.
Cannot speak highly enough of Skyhouse and their staff! My husband and I had a SW corner unit with an awesome view (you want to be West facing). You can watch the bats, see the ACL main stage, fireworks for the 4th and NYE. It’s fair to say finishes and the gym are getting outdated but I know they are renovating units as leases end. For the price and location, it can’t be beat! The property manager Rob was always really responsive and helpful and concierge is AWESOME!
