RecommendedHi everyone. I have lived here 20 years The office staff is great. Maintance is always prompt with response times. Brittany is always amazing in the office. And Carlos and I have been here since the beginning. He has always kept the grounds looking amazing. Thank you everyone that works here for all you do and going above and beyond all the time. Our car was STOLEN right outside our apartment building in the complex parking lot. They don't have any cameras posted anywhere (shocking since we pay so many fees for these things). The robber had stolen our garage opener and got into our garage as well, we requested two new programmed remotes that same day from the front desk - they never got back to us and were no help with the robbery or showed any concern. 4 days later after the car was stolen, we wake up to our garage being wide open. Do not move here. They are thieves who will charge you for their own wear and tear maintenance to just save themselves a buck, such as the resurfacing of counter tops. I have never been charged with absurd fees when moving out of a place, but Skyecrest managed to do it. Also Isaiah, the assistant manager on a power trip who seems to be very sad with his life and feels that he has to make other's lives impossible, is not personable and is not willing to answer any reasonable questions. The only good staff member here is Emma.
I was here today as a prospective resident and was completely ignored. The staff knew I was there. I realize they were busy strange during the middle of the week but when a staff member looks up at me from his desk speaking to a man complaining about maintenance had even acknowledged me not to mention the 2 other staff members that came into the room that also ignored me I wouldn't be writing this review. I will look elsewhere
Do not rent! Horrible customer service!! Tamara and Josh i am cautious to deal with because, they really do not care for their residents and families. Can't even enjoy the swimming pool because they refused to heat it up and they screamed at me and my daughter last time we asked I'm over it
Absolutely awful!! third weekend pool is closed in a very short summer season! Management does not care about the tenants as evidenced in Tamara and maintenance lax attitude!!
