Go to Skye Salon for the right color, styling and cut – I am writing to let everyone searching for “the best” salon in Austin for highlights and lowlights to stop looking any further. Go to Skye Salon and ask for Laura (although the others are likely just as good). I am a lawyer from LA and I am particular about my look for work. Love, Love, Love Laura & Skye – I followed Laura to Skye and I'm glad she made the move. I always feel important when I walk in and know I'm going to have a great experience. Laura always asks what I want to do but will also offer suggestions if I'm thinking of doing something different. I've even started bringing in my four year old daughter and the entire salon makes us feel welcome and helps entertain her and make it a fun experience for her as well. great hair cut – I have always had shoulder length or longer hair & decided today that I was going to cut my hair short, short. Well, it didn't go very well so I knew Crystal(who I went to high school with) worked at Skye Salon & dropped in with no appt & she was able to fix my disaster. I have had so many compliments on my new short hair cut. Thank you Crystal for a job well done on my hair cut!!!!! She is the best & would recommend her to everyone!

Very Happy! Thank you Miranda! – I had my hair cut today by Miranda at Skye Salon & Boutique. I had lots of damage to my hair after a bad chemical treatment about a year ago. It finally got to the point where I was hoping a good stylist could do something with it because it was just too much work to make it passable. Miranda is AMAZING! – Miranda is the best. Miranda communicates and then creates. I’ve had really long hair most of my life (sometimes long enough to sit on). I’ve always been wary of stylists because most were so quick to want to cut it all off. Miranda has been great and has let me take “baby steps” to shorter, more stylish hair. she actually cares – Been to Skye Salon twice now. Was hesitant to write a review after only one time but I can honestly say that Laura is fabulous. She actually cares about your hair and wants to make you happy. She listens, gives suggestions (ie blow drying, styling, etc.) and has an awesome personality to boot! Definitely recommend.

What a Find! – I had the reviews of Skye and the employees. They were positive and I have to agree. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles. I was early for my appointment and had a great time just browsing through the jewelry and accessories in the foyer of the salon. Of course, I had to purchase a few items.
