My man, and I were recommended, Tempo, by a couple of his coworkers. We checked out the place, and decided to lease a week later. Dee, helped us throughout the whole process. She made it easy, and exciting. All of our questions were answered, and she helped us find our perfect unit. We can’t wait to start the next chapter of our lives with, Tempo!
Dee Cooper is amazing and made the whole process so easy! She was so willing to show me different apartments until I found the perfect one. The move in process was so easy and the apartment was in perfect condition (brand new.) I know I’m going to love it here!

Worst sales people i have EVER seen, we showed up at 5:36p to see an apartment was asked questions name, address even show pictures of floor plans by this point it’s 6:01p and I’m told i have to come back to see the apartment they close at 6pm. When asked why they didn’t tell me this at beginning i was told again “what time can i make an appointment for you tomorrow”. I had already looked online and wanted to look and lease no wonder you can not fill the place!
I toured the property with Ebony and fell in love! The property is clean and the design and layout is open and friendly. The office staff is wonderful and Jennifer Hayes the property manager is so sweet! The apartments are pretty spacious with beautiful brand new amenities, the location is amazing and you don't even hear the noise from the light rail! I definitely recommend living here!
