My experience with Tempo Apartment Complex has been very positive overall. The apartments are not cheap, but they're worth every penny for the luxury amenities, convenient location, beautiful/spacious apartments, and friendly/professional staff. My experience with Tempo has been excellent. My roommate and I walked out of our original apartment of choice on our move-in day because they lied to us about where our room would be located after a strenuous 5 month long struggle to get the application finished. We went across the street to Tempo immediately with nowhere to live and Dasia at the front office told us she'd be able to get us applied, leased, and moved in all within a few hours. I was one of those people who loved the property when I first saw it!! I liked the fact that it was a new complex and I would be the first to live in it. Since January, when I moved in, I have had to deal with many issues. The first one was cockroaches. I had only lived here a couples weeks and had to pack up my bathrooms and kitchen, so they could fumigate my apartment. *Next, I was watching TV and I saw someone try to get in my car. We selected Tempo for my daughter as she attends ASU. I cannot overstate how immensely helpful Deija Cooper (leasing agent) has been in walking us through every step and ensuring everything is ready for move. She goes above and beyond to ensure questions are answered, and things are taken care of. She’s 100% customer focused, and we are so grateful. This is a beautiful apartment complex, and we can’t wait to get my daughter all moved in!

Great apartment complex & the new staff is amazing!! So helpful, plus they plan great community events for us all. Our Neighbors are really friendly too! My husband & I love living here!
