The parking is horrible. Also had 2 packages delivered to the office. I have proof of delivery and everything but guess what?! The office has no packages for me. Way to go to ruin Christmas for my family. Unorganized and rude! We can't wait for our lease to be up.
Nice place. Doing upgrades both inside and outside.
We moved in a couple weeks ago. There have been a few problems, but the employees are very quick to fix any issues that arise. So far we are really happy with everyone who works here. Neighbors above us have heavy feet, but what can you do.
I have called security multiple times, complaining about the neighbors that live above me and my 2 year old and my father who had a stroke a couple months ago. As security has stated in the reports that they have come to our house after 11pm and heard the stomping and jumping from upstairs as the office states they will do something about this, they still havent!! Its been a couple weeks. My son goes to bed early and is woken up every night by the people above us and it is ridiculous. Need something done! ASAP!!
Well run management. Maintenance it's excellent!
