I live in a Fischer homes neighborhood. They have an extremely strict HOA. Also the houses can either have lots of problems or minimal problems. They contract everything out so if you do have issues they tell you figure out who the contractor was and contact them. They take zero accountability for anything and hire the cheapest labor they can find. The workers drive through the neighbor hood at 30+ MPH. I wish I could tell you to move here. I just can’t in good faith. We were made to believe that the HOA was “relaxed”. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Even things that are allowed, take forever to get approved and you have to submit a ton of documentation. Not allowing sheds is a huge problem when the garages are so tiny. It’s impossible to keep all the lawn equipment in your garage and park two cars in there. Not allowing sheds is completely ridiculous and makes me regret buying here.
