Horrible – This place is great if you like overpriced car washes by stuckup prcks. The guys that work there look down on you if you're not rolling in an high dollar car...Really? They work at a freaking car wash and they want to look down on the customers. Secondly, they completely over charge. Their contract terms are unclear. And if they make a mistake, it's you're fault. Bad Customer Service – I could understand charging $30 for a car wash if the service was outstanding or perhaps you got a quality car wash; however at Sky Car Wash...neither of the two apply. I'm not sure what type of employees they aim to hire but it's certainly not due to their customer service skills. In addition, they do not hand wash your car. Great wash. – Two days ago I took my car to Skywash and highly recommend it to everyone. I paid just over $60 because my car really needed to be cleaned. They did an amazing job, and even got out a stain that two other car washes had not been able to remove. I also really enjoyed the lounge - it's A LOT nicer then any other car wash I've been too. Well worth the money! If you're looking to get a serious car wash I highly recommend Sky!
Bad Service, Worse Customer Service – 1. We went to Sky Car Wash, to get our car (Subaru Baja) cleaned on 10/05/2008 around 11:30am. 2. At the time of check-in, we were heavily promoted and finally opted for the most expensive i.e. Premium Wash priced at $49.99 + tax. We were told that the interior is going to be hand-cleaned by two persons for 40-50 minutes (as opposed to one if we opted for the basic service). Quality - not speed - is on the menu at Sky Wash – I have been a long time customer of Sky Wash. Two years ago one of the attractive sales people persuaded me to sign up for the membership program. I pay a reasonable (considering what I get) fee at the beginning of each month and then can have my car washed as many times as I want throughout the month. Everyone at Sky is polite and cheerful. Bring a checkbook and patience! – I had both of our cars on the SkyOne (unlimited washes) program for several months and recently dropped my membership. They do a good job on your car but I could not afford to spend an hour (plus or minus) there each time I needed a wash. Yes, the staff is courteous and high pressure selling was kept to a minimum. JOKE – I purchased a $60+ dollar carwash this weekend from SKY. After I said that I just needed a basic wash job, the sales guy turned from trying to make a sale, into a very rude person. I would think spending $60 bucks would at least pay for good customer service. After asking a few more questions, I was told if I had more questions about the services that I would need to "hang on." Amazing service - what are these people talking about? – I ran across these reviews on the web and am totally surprised. I have been going to this place for years now and have only ever encountered the friendliest, most thorough, and high quality service. Most times I go there, I see others that have been visiting for years. Bravo to the team at Sky - you are truly a standout.
Don't waste your time or money – I went to Sky thinking I was going to get a detailed carwash - where I could leave feeling confident with a job well done. Boy was I wrong. We had spilled a drink on the leather arm rest-very visible spot - it was there when I got in my car to leave...There were spots on the console and dashboard that were there when I got out of my car and there when I got back in to leave.
