Harsh Criticism – I was there the same morning as the gentleman below me and needless to say, his anger and accusations are a little harsh. He's wrong in saying it didn't rain because it did rain all through the night and into the morning when they were supposed to open. Granted they did open late and not change their voicemail, however, the employee who arrived at 9 am was very courteous and apologetic for the inconvenience. Worst Car Wash in Town – They always leave dirty towels in my car once in my child's car seat. Do not get a membership. Your credit card will forever be charged.
What a crock – Set my appointment to go in and have my car washed - and no one was there! Talked to a couple of people waiting and they were previous customers there just to use up the washes on a membership they had gotten sucked into. Guess it's good I'm only out the $9 for the half off depot coupon.

Horrible! Rip Off Damaged my car and refuse to fix – Terrible value! $50 bucks for a car wash you could get anywhere for 10-12...Their machine ripped off my rear wiper badly damaging a brand new paint job...and they completely ignore multiple phone calls and emails!!! They Suck!!! DO NOT GO TO SKY EXPRESS CAR WASH!
Don't bother – Tried once, won't be back. Positives: Staff courtesy, facility clean enough, kids loved yogurt bar. Reality: My car was done in 10 mins flat and looked horrible when I got in it--little done except washed. Dashboard not even wiped, vacuuming was pathetic. Not worth the expense at all.
This place is awful – Driving past, this place looks so high end, I was really excited to bring my car in and when I finally did I was so disappointed. The chair that I chose to sit in was broken, there is a frozen yogurt bar inside but it was not in service. I was surprised by how fast my car was done and when I got inside and inspected further I knew why it was done so fast. They didn't do anything. They didn't wipe down the seats or the console. UNSATISFIED!!!! – Bad service!!! They made me wait an hour before I had to ask if my car was done or not! I do NOT recommend them at all!!
