Normally I don’t have anything bad to say about this nail salon, but the customer service I received today was entirely HORRIBLE. I requested to get a nail soak off, a full set and a pedicure. The lady who did my toes, I asked her numerous times if I can soak my nails while she did my toes and she completely ignored me. Then told me to come back tomorrow to get my full set. This is unacceptable. I usually let Jenny or Kevin do my nails. But never again will anyone else touch my nails or my toes. I’m very upset with the servi... read more
