I have been looking for a Nail Bar for three years since I have been in Charlotte. I think I have found it. Everyone is so nice and it is so peaceful. I will be going back.

I've been going here for many years and love it. The service is always great, the staff is nice and professional. Jenny is always very friendly and greets me by name when I come in which is always very welcoming. Everything is clean and sanitized. I always schedule with Kevin, he's very patient and anytime I've not been happy with the shape or color (which happens very rarely) he always changes it. I've been coming for months now and I like it. I even got my mom to come and she loves it here. I like that they have promotions and a loyalty program that's easy use.
I came to nail bar last saturday and was very pleased with my service. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I would have given this a five star but unfortunately my nails did not hold up. I chose the sns nails due to the fact that they hold up to 3 weeks. It hasn't even been 2 weeks yet and my nails have already fallen off. One is completely off and the rest are barely holding on.
