Visited family member here. Seems like a lovely place to live. The one bedroom apartment is very spacious. Especially the living room, Kitchen and dining area. One bathroom is located in their bedroom though.
I’d like to raise a concern regarding your lawn care service at Emmett place. I’ve personally observed on multiple occasions that grass clippings have been left all over my vehicle after your team finishes their work. Given the frequency and the amount of debris, it almost seems deliberate. This is frustrating and unacceptable, as it creates unnecessary cleaning and could potentially damage my vehicle. Absolutely not a good company to lease from! They are terrible at communicating with their residents. The don't notify when your lease needs renewed. They don't notify you when they do routine maintenance checks. They barely keep up with the landscaping. The maintenance team is the only positive experience I've had leasing from here.
