Despite the bad reviews, I got a very good experience with sky nails. I had Lilly and she did a fantastic job on my gel manicure. I will definitely go back.

I usually have had good experiences at Sky nails with pedicures. However, 2 weeks ago I went for a gel manicure. My manicurist asked where I had gotten my previous gel manicure done - she was obviously dissing them and they actually did a great job. Then she proceeded to talk on her phone almost the entire time she was doing my manicure. Her phone kept ringing and she continued taking calls. It is so rude to make customers wait for 40+ minutes for a service. This has happened 3 times to me. I don't understand why they are not appropriately staffed. One of their tricks is to put you in the pedicure chair and let you soak forever. They will no longer receive my business.

I usually don't do surveys but I am compelled to do this. after reading the last ignorant comment about a new business. I went with my wife to get her nails done and I have to say that contrary to what the other reviewer comment about, the people and management and the staff were VERY welcoming and we are NOT white either! They were a VERY clean establishment, very welcoming. I think that comment about the race card was so uncalled for. I would recommend them! A++++ so thumbs UP from us!

I went to Sky Nail Spa in Cumming Hwy by the new Kroger not only did the employees not look happy to see me, they actually look pretty scary. I had to tell the manager that in order to attract business, they must learn to be more welcoming. Its almost like they did not want my business. Not sure if its a black or white thing.
