The jewelry-repair work was marginal, at best. The customer service/retail experience was the worst I’ve ever encountered.
I took a ring in to sky jewelry store. Was told retail worth $15000 not what I could get for it. Zack proceeded to take the ring apart with 5 diamonds-studied them and said 3 had flaws that could be fixed. Take few days 2 months later called every week-few more days-then they have disappeared until January 11 and I have no money or diamonds. I trusted them-very disappointed.
