We will never go back! Had a new diamond put in my engagement ring end of July 2025, started having issues with the prongs in December, very lose and catching on everything. Took it in end of January (because after calling over and over could never get anyone to answer the phone, we stopped by a few times no one there) finally caught them in the store, he looked said "oh yeah these need repaired".
