Really great place to live. Not many places offer short term leases but this complex does which is awesome.
I took over my sister's lease at the beginning of the year. It's a nice complex, pretty flowers and lots of trees throughout.
I have lived here for 3 years and trust me, you'll be surprised when you check it out. I wasn't expecting much this side of the freeway (to be honest), but the property is quiet and really taken care of. The clubhouse is way nice inside and they recently put new equipment in the fitness room. Love it here!

nice affordable apartments, and when I have family visit from out of town they can stay in the hotel portion. That is super convenient!
