We have now been living at Sky Harbor Apartments for nearly 4 months. Initially, when we first moved in, we thought this place was amazing. They just offered so much on site that made it really attractive for the price that they were asking for as it is close to downtown. However, my opinion has completely 180'd and I will explain more about why below. Pros- * Very well-kept complex, lawn is always cut, flower beds are always weeded. Five star service from maintenance. My ac broke at 11pm and their oncall tech came out and got it working again. Yeah for maintenance heros! Thanks for everything.
Sky Harbor is a really nice place to live. The property is pretty, clean and has lots of cool amenities. Two hot tubs, outdoor pool, fitness center and a CLEAN laundry room.
I have lived at Sky Harbor for 5 years and have been happy with my decision to renew each year. You can't find a better deal close to downtown. The staff takes really good care of the property and the people who own the place are not afraid to drop some money and keep it updated. I'll be renewing again.
Moved here from the east coast and was really lucky to find this place. Quiet neighbors, clean laundry room and right next to the light rail. Application process was all done online which was super easy. Staff has been good to work with.
Super convenient location with the trax practically right outside my door! I love the landscaping and community areas. Lovely place to just hang out and relax :)
Very quiet and peaceful place to live. I have a corner apartment near the back of the property and I love it. I never hear traffic and my next door neighbor is friendly.
I found Sky Harbor through City Search so I thought I'd let others know how great it is. I was able to get a short term lease with the option to renew for as little as 2 months if I need to. As a business professional who travels a lot, this is a great convenience to me!
I don't think I have ever lived somewhere as great as this. SO quiet and gorgeous. It is just what I need!
