Sky Garden's Excellent Management (Upper Mount Gravatt) I have been a long-term resident of Sky Garden (from July 2017 to December 2025). Most residents here are friendly, mutually respectful, adhere to the rules, and work together to create a comfortable environment. Special recognition should be given to the management staff for their conscientiousness and sense of responsibility. The new management is fantastic. They are friendly, polite and accessible, a breath of fresh air. They are the best thing to happen to this complex in the six years that I've lived here.
Zero stars. My mother accidentally locked herself outside the apartment as she forgot to grab the key, she went to management and asked if they could open the door for her. One of the ladies in there was first willing but the other lady told her no and to contact the realestate and get a key from there. Unbelievable. I’m just wondering if this was an emergency for example someone left their kid in their apartment and forgot the key is management not going to help them out?? Absolutely disgusting management.
