The stylist(Kim) response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I inquired about a simple silk press, yet instead of politely declining or clearly explaining holiday pricing, I was told my message sounded like a “prank” and that asking for services on Christmas Day was “rude.” There was also an unnecessary comparison to celebrities and what they supposedly pay. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Sky Salon twice now, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service and expertise! The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere is always relaxing. This time, I tried a technique called the “flip over” method, and I am absolutely in love with the results.
