DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The maintenance department is non existent and will not respond to issues. My daughter has lived there for 2 weeks and has not had a working shower since she moved in and the washer leaks water into the unit below them. The management team only gives excuses and does nothing to remedy the issues.
(Cosigned for son) Don't walk, run away. They use unfair rental practices. They will charge you for anything and everything, then never justify what it is for, then send it to collections after ignoring your requests for information. Imo, these people are scammers. Dangerous for parent's and student's credit.
You feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, living in a loft in New York. The apartments are modern, the management is awesome and friendly, its just an all around good place to live.
