DO NOT LIVE HERE. Maintenance is terrible. Management lacks responding to tenant maintenance orders. My doors had large holes in them when I first moved in with stains on furniture, dents on the floors, dents on the refrigerator, and a nasty bathroom, and with no AC working in the middle of a heat advisory. It took management a whole month to fix my AC, and months to attend to other maintenance orders listed. Would not recommend living here.
My friends recently moved into sky11 and Dwight the maintenance man has been incredible help with so many things like getting acquainted with the building, getting us situated and settled into her new living environment. Thank you Dwight! You rock! Dwight was very friendly to everyone. Very helpful to my friends and very knowledgeable of the building and area.

I currently live here unfortunately until my lease is up and I regret ever moving in. The first reaction and still is, the elevator and all the hallways smell so terrible it’s not pleasant at all. When me and my roommates got here it obviously was not move in ready for us and that manager knew that because she said “I told them to stop working on this one because nobody was gonna move into this one”. I had a really unpleasant experience with renting thus apartment’s bedroom. The office managers were rude, and the services were poor. Also, I did not break or damage anything. In fact, when I moved out, I cleaned everything thoroughly and left the place spotless, just like when I moved in. The elevator and stairwell areas were often dirty, sometimes even covered with dog feces.
