I would not recommend living here based on my experience. From the moment I moved in, there were ongoing issues. I was promised a stackable washer/dryer, which I didn’t receive until over two months later. On top of that, I had to repeatedly submit work orders for various problems with the apartment. There were also multiple hidden fees added to my monthly bill, which I was told were my responsibility to opt out of—something that was never clearly communicated upfront. Almost 6 months here is taking everything in my body to not just leave and take the L on money place is nasty floor is dirty with sometimes animal feces on the floor/elevator then when you first get into your apartment get ready to sweep and mop about 10 times they don’t clean them when other tenants move out. The fridge is extremely cheap Leaks water into top shelf The oven is extremely cheap not worth to use takes an hour to pre heat TV fell out of wall while sleeping they tried to get us to pay for it I had to call them f... read more
