I visited about 3 years ago,, liked it so much I bought a lease on a lot, and now this is my home base.
Welcomed at the gate and the gentleman rang a big bell, people started coming from all over to greet and hug us. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. It will be hard to leave.
The Ranch is an SKP RV Club that is also a co-op geared for seniors 50 and above. Leaseholders here are all full timers who either travel extensively, remain immobile, or somewhere in between. It is near many scenic attractions.
Hugged and welcomed at the gate when we pulled in. How much better does it get than that.
