SKP Ranch obviously understands that they only have one chance to make a good first impression......and that they did with us upon arrival!!!!!!!!!!!! Very thankful!!

Super friendly place. We were here for their annual Roundup and stayed a week. We enjoyed participating in all of the Roundup activities with the residents here. Very nice well kept park with large lots. we look forward to staying here again in the future.
It was a fun and relaxing stay. People were friendly. They had some activities. Place was clean and had nice, not crowded RV lots.

Friendly people and very clean
This is a very nice park with large sites and concrete patios. The entire park is served with reverse osmosis water. Everyone is so friendly.
Nice ranch! Amazing sunset! Friendly residents! The office lady, not so much! She wasn’t welcoming or friendly. I boondocked off in the back, gravel, all by myself. Had to get a resident to turn the water on so I could fill my fresh water tank, because they had it shut off.
