Danielle was terrific - gentle touch and very thorough; she is highly recommended; front office staff is personable and attentive.
I have never been to a dental office that I have felt more comfortable with the entire staff. They are all so gentle but thorough. I no longer dread going to the dentist.
Everyone is SO nice and professional. From the receptionist to my dental hygienist to the doctors. I am SO happy with my new dentist. Thank you!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I feel like I can trust them with my teeth. They'll take good care of me and not try to pressure me into procedures I don't really need. I had been pressured at a different Dental Clinic and that is why I decided to try Koontz Dental. I'm happy with the way they welcomed me and treated me.

I just want to start off by thanking all the staff who assisted with my son in getting us in same day for a root canal as a new patient. It was just such an amazing experience all around to the front office, scheduler, hygienist and the doctor. All of the people in that office are a perfect example as to why we choose to live our lives in Enumclaw. If you want an amazing dentist with that home town feel go see Dr. Koontz my whole family will have all of our dental treatments here.

I always enjoy coming into your office. The staff there is so nice and helpful with insurance information. The Doctors and Assistants are personable and do there best to make me comfortable when I do have to have work done. Thank you being so nice.
