I have been going to Skoah for all my facial needs since moving to Franklin a few years ago. Skoah is a women owned skincare salon with professional, knowledgeable & kind estheticians. Special shout out to Natalie she is awesome! I have had a few services at Skoah and I like them all but the Hydra facial is hands down my favorite! The neck and shoulder massage is so relaxing. Wanted to book an appointment with Elizabeth who I found through her social media page. When I asked about facial services she declined and did not respond. Lack of communication and professionalism. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
