Just found out today when I went to return something that the store no longer gives refunds, only store credit. I just wish they had made us, the customers, aware, preferably verbally when the sale was made so we could make a choice on whether to purchase or not. I bought a tee shirt only to get home and find I already had that color. I already have 8-9 of the same shirt bought at the store. Again, just let your customers know when you change your policy on returns. Jim Stump
Went in to buy swimwear before a pool party and decided before I walked out the door that I didn't want one swimsuit. They would not refund it. As we try and support gay businesses on the strip it's hard when they have no customer service. This is outrageous that they could not give a refund on something that had its tag on it and when the consumer had not walked out of the store. I've been to gayborhood shops in Boystown and other cities and they never act this hateful.
awesome variety of styles anybody can go crazy,I walked in for a pair of underwear and I end up with several of the cutes styles you can get. I highly suggest stop by this store. thank you Skivvies!
What happened? This was my favorite store on the strip. Was so organized and great selection besides underwear...it's a jumbled mess now. Completely turned around and confusing. Most of the clothing I came there for is hid or not there at all any longer. Sad
