We ate at skip one on February 1. 5 of us. I ordered crab cakes platter. My salad and potato were good. My crab cakes were cold in the middle and mushy. I told my server, but she she said it was to late to replace. I really did not want another cake like the 2 I had. The rest of my party had shrimp and they liked it. The crab cakes were like frozen cakes you buy in the grocery then heated up. Inferior quality
