cash only? a real practice that deals with real issues. should accept insurance not just TV show promotions and cash for wealthy people. she was on my insurance approved list that I pay a high premium for yet her office said she is cash only and she is the only one that can deal with my husband's condition.$150 consultation and procedures cash only a thousand to $10,000 just ridiculous.find a dermatologist that actually wants to help people just saying
