One bag lasts all day! I love that this product curbs my appetite and gives me energy at the same time. Also, it takes away any bloating in my stomach.
Not convinced I’ve been using the tea for a little over a week with no noted difference in tummy bloating or anything else. I also didn’t like that some of my tea bags had a minuscule amount of product.
