You will go to the bathroom a lot. I like the taste, didn't have to use any sweetener. Lost 2 pounds of water weight the first day.
I don't normally write reviews but I had to with this one. Hope it helps. I just finished my first bag of tea and all I can say is it works! I have not had this much energy in years. Do it right and you'll get results I have been staying under eating under 1,400 calories a day and have found rapid weight loss drinking this tea alongside maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I have also been staying away from soda and not eating past 7pm. This Tea works amazing but it won't work if you continue to eat junk food.
