I just had my 2nd IPL treatment and i was treated with a lot of respect and care. Dr. Qazi and Zo made all the arrangements for me to be comfortable as much as possible. They did a good job in trying to make my pain very minimal. As most of treatments like this, there's always a bit of pain, but Dr.Qazi was very careful. Calm and assure of making me comfortable.
Everything went smoothly and fine. The woman at the front desk who helps with the procedures, is very, very nice! I just had my second IPL, but nothing happened. I don't even have one single red mark on my face. It's not even burning in the least bit! It looks and feels like nothing happened at all. Which is very confusing because I know the procedure went exactly the same as the 1st! Cold room , hands of the therapist are even colder . Very difficult to enjoy and relax
