Had my first facial yesterday and I can’t stop looking at how radiant my face looks. With sensitive skin that tends to break out, I have NO complaints! NONE! The experience was inviting, calming and far exceeded my expectations. Love that the booking process was clear and an easy process as well. I will certainly be back. I’ve already told my mom and sister they’re next!
Patrice is nice but can improve on her follow-ups and customer service. After we had a hiccup with my treatment she did offer a complimentary service and suggested for me to buy dermalogica. The cream she suggested didn't do much and one complimentary service was all Patrice offered to no avail. Finding a good esthetician takes time and it would've been nice if Patrice could've helped more with getting my skin back to a great space.
