Sighed up for VIP drip membership in February. They closed mid March through mid May due to COVID-19 (obviously understandable) however, they still charged my CC for the time they were closed. They sent out an email 5/5 to say that they were scheduled to reopen 5/18 and to look out for upcoming specials... only if you scrolled down to the very bottom would you have seen that they would honor your treatment for 30 days after reopening, unfortunately I did not scroll all the way down. I have been blown away by the care and professionalism of the staff at skinBe! First time at Skinbe Med Spa, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful facility. Kira asked me what about my skin I was unhappy with? She explained the PRP under eye treatment, how it would feel ( they used a topical anesthetic, I didn’t feel a thing), what my next 24 hrs would be like and what to expect long term. I absolutely love this place. I was recommended this place from a friend and it did not disappoint. I will always be back here and the staff is amazing. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.
Some people may just think Spa. This is SO MUCH MORE. I was amazed at how many people they can actually help. If you’re looking for an alternative treatment to whatever ailments you have then go talk to them. Amazing work being done here!!
