The girls working there are amazing. However the way they financially structure their business is a joke. I was told I needed to cancel my membership in person ONLY on October 3rd. However, an emergency took place and I could not make it into the location. I got charged $89 membership fee that they will not refund me. They will take your money and run and not have a care in the world to work with customers at all. I tried to cancel last time I was in he location but they told me I couldn’t cancel yet. I 💙 skinBe Med Spa! I received my first customized drip 2 weeks ago today. The results were unbelievable, I never thought I’d feel this good after my stroke 2 years ago. I love skinBe! I’ve been a VIP member for about a year now and my skin has never been better! They recommended a skin care regimen after my first visit but weren’t pushy when it came to purchasing because it’s not cheap, but it IS SO worth it! I had my 1st appointment yesterday with these ladies. They were SO helpful and sweet! I wasn’t able to get everything they referred for me, but I called today and they were willing to ship out the rest to me since I’m an hour+ away. I’m very excited to see how my skin changes with the products they recommended.
Wonderful service every time I go. I have been going twice a month to visit the drip bar and I am addicted!!
