This is the WORST medical spa I've ever been to. I signed a ******************** January of 2023. This was supposed to give me a monthly dermaplane and chemical peel. They canceled me twice during the year on the *** OF my appointment and once a couple of days before the appointment because of staffing issues. I understand staffing issues can come up but they have ZERO sympathy if a client cancels. They charge a $100 fee if you don't cancel within 48 hours of your appointment and they don't care what your reason is for cance... read more

i saw a facebook ad for a free emsculpt assesment. after they assessed me, i was told i had to pay 2,199 for a package. i told them i was not interested in emsculpt anymore because of the way it felt. they then told me the assesment was only free if i signed up for the package. i asked to speak to a manager , a supervisor, and requested a corporate number. i was told by the receptionist and attendant they were who i had to deal with. i was told if i didn't have cash, or credit i could apply for care credit. the receptionist ... read more
I would like to raise awareness to others of the *** contract process at SkinBe Med Spa as I do not recommend anyone signing it. The experience I have had trying to cancel this agreement after fulfilling a 6 month agreement is nothing but ridiculous. My schedule changed significantly which physically prohibited me to come in for appointments as I was traveling or they didnt have appointments available. My first visit at skinBe was amazing! I came in for a lip flip because I’ve always wanted help with my gummy smile. The Nurse I met with Kelsey was so amazing and she educated me on the treatment and answered every question I had. After I was done Julia at the front desk helped me know all my aftercare and was super helpful with all my questions! I will definitely be going back soon ♥️
Where do I start ... The staff members are super nice. they are also knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. They take their time to explain anything and pretty much everything to you. I have been coming to SkinBe for 8 months now and I couldn't be happier with the transformation of my skin. I have struggled with acne and scarring for as long as i can remember textured skin and acne was just something i thought i had to forever live with.
