Do not order from this company. The are selling product that they do not have in stock or they are no longer an authorized distributor for. They do not return calls. They do not attempt to settle the problem at hand. This company billed me for product they do not have in stock. I have waited 3 weeks, and have yet to get the product or a credit. Buyer beware!!!
TERRIBLE. Paid for an item, then got an email saying it would be a 2-3 week delay. 3 weeks passes and they said they don't have my item, yet they have my money. Failure to respond to emails. Never received my refund. SCAM
Terrible. Crooks just want your money. They don't respond to emails , they make you work to get the stuff you paid for or for a refund. Which I know is going to take a miracle . I don't understand how they still have an online store .
After debuting my card, Skin1 emailed me it would be three weeks or more till delivery. I called and canceled and was told a credit was issued and I would receive an email confirmation. No credit was issued. No email confirmation. Called again, again told it was issued; this time I received an email confirmation. Another week passed, it did not appear in my bank account. I called and was told it was the bank's fault and there was nothing Skin1 could do.
