Just OK – I like that Skin Thera P offers many services and that they use the latest technology and treatments. Their staff is pleasant, the spa is clean, and the prices are fair. That said, I take issue with a few things: 1. I always have a hard time getting an appointment that works with my schedule. I work and my hours are not 9 to 5. If you don't work and can come between 10am - 5pm, this won't be a problem for you. They also book up fast, so I would advise making appointments early. They recently offered a deal on Groupon and traffic has increased a lot as a result - this has exacerbated the problem of getting appointments for existing clients. 2. I saw the doctor for my initial consult three months ago. I didn't get a great impression and didn't love his interpersonal skills, but he seemed knowledgeable. However, I have yet to see him in the office since then. This is strange to me, as one of their selling points is that the doctor is always there. If it is important to you to see the doctor or know that he is always in the office, this is probably not the place for you.

Friendly & professional – customer service is very important for me. When I came into skin therap, the the doctor (dr.greenberg) was very friendly and so were the staff. very warm and welcoming :) I got laser hair removal (on my arms) because i've always been insecure about them. it went by pretty quick and the zapping wasn't too painful. im really glad i decided to do this ... no more waxing!

Wonderful aesthetician and doctor – I just went for the second time to Skin TheraP and had my second microdermabrasion and facial with Connie after consulting with Dr. Greenberg at each visit. At first, I was nervous since I have some sun damage spots and Dr. Greenberg suggested some laser treatment to lighten the spots, and some microdermabrasion to smooth out my skin texture. I love facials, and chose to add one to my treatments. The spa atmosphere is very nice, and relaxing, and very unlike a doctor's office. The staff was very professional and friendly, and I left feeling like a million bucks with my skin glowing and dewey. They also sell great products that you can't buy just anywhere (meaning Sephora where I buy a lot of my products). I will definately be a regular client there, and highly recommend the place- Dr. Greenberg is very honest, and doesn't push treatments you don't need which is very refreshing. It is clear he recommends what is best for you, not what is the most expensive or "in". He talked me out of any fillers which was surprising! Great place!!!

bad microdermabrasion – This was my first and last visit to Skin Thera P. After consulting with Dr Greenberg,I thought he was very nice and was considering some other lazar treatments. He said I had excellent skin and could see I have really taken great care of my skin my whole life. But my experience was not so good after that and what happen changed my mind about ever coming back to Skin Thers P. The facialist had just started my face for the microdermabrasion when they blow a power fuse, next they had to find a new power outlet to plug in to. Then she starts my micro and pulls at my skin and gets stuck to my cheek and pulls my skin. I told her I have been getting Micro for about six years and never had someone do that, so she moves to the area around my lips and gets stuck on my right upper lip! Ouch! I was not happy and in a little pain! Next she did my facial which was fine and gentle. But someone knocked on the door twice for something they needed in the room. I would never recommend this spa. I felt they were unprofessional and did not see or care that my spa experience was good

Excellent skin care! – Dr. Greenberg has done wonders for my face and décolletage. My skin tone, texture, and resilience is all improved by using the skin product he recommended and three laser treatment sessions. Plus he made a botox convert out of me. He's got a delicate hand with botox - eliminated that little furrow from between my brows while still leaving my face mobile and expressive. It's a great place. I'll be coming back for years.

LOOK NO FURTHER – I was just at Skin Thera P Medical Spa last Tuesday. The women at the front desk was so warm and friendly. She got me some water and we chatted for about 15 minutes. When my facialist arrived, she escorted me into her clean, lovely scented room where she gave me my facial. The facial was PERFECT!. My skin looked flawless after the facial and I walked home with my skin literally glowing. Everyone was very courteous, even the doctor was very personable and helpful. Everyone was so friendly and the prices you cant beat!. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this spa!

Not impressed with Microdermabrasion! – I made an appointment at Skin Thera P for Microdermabrasion and was impressed with the friendly receptionist. They were running behind so they called to let me know which was very curteous of them. The issue I had was the Microderm. I've been to Christine Chin and she is more expensive but, I was expecting the same throrough treatment and left feeling a bit disappointed. I didn't really notice a difference in my skin like I did when Christine did it. I still had clogged dirty pores when I left which I had to clean with a biore strip. Nice Spa, Very Clean but not for microderm.

Best Spa I've Ever Been Too.. – I don't usually post reviews of places, but my experience here was so good I felt like I had too. Being a gay man and finding a good spa is a tricky thing but this place was so clean and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor did a free skin scan and told me exactly where my problem areas were. The women who did my facial was AMAZING!! I also got a laser hair package and im obsessed, no hair on my back! I couldnt be happier!! The salon was is very cute and relaxing, in a great location and the staff was super funny and friendly. Recommended! -Carl

Dr. Greenberg is an artist – Dr. Greenberg is excellent in restoration. He is very patient, approachable, and quite modest. No one would ever know that you had "work done." His product line Neocutis is amazing. A must visit!
