I love the staff at skin Renew. They have really helped me with my skin concerns. I have joined the VIP program and have referred several of my friends and my sister. You have to go to Skin Renew, best skin care in town
I have had great results at Skin Renew. I started experiencing adult acne in my late 30's. The staff at Skin Renew put me on a treatment plan for acne and I have seen great results. The staff has been very supportive. My teenage son is now going to Skin Renew for his breakouts and I have started doing other treatment myself. I highly recommend Skin Renew for all your skin care needs
I highly recommend Skin Renew!!! I have been to several other places looking for someone to educate me on what to do with my skin and Leigh at Skin Renew was exactly what I was looking for. I have had amazing results and wonderful experience with everyone who works there. Very professional and friendly.
My results of hair removal were good. I would say 85% successful. But, I missed a couple of appointments which they started charging me $50. I understand it was wrong to miss. Then one morning I had to wait because the technician was stuck in traffic. I suggested I should then receive a refund if they were going to charge me the other way. Employees are rude and condescending. They kept me waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes and I was the first appointment of the day. They don't say hello or good bye. The aesthetician swabbed my entire face with rubbing alcohol without even warning me or telling me to hold my breath. I had 3 treatments at $600 and no noticeable results. Run - don't walk is right!
Like others have said...run, don't walk.....from this place! Each time I called to get an appointment, I was placed on hold a minimum of three times. A service that was included with my Groupon 3 months ago was suddenly a $65 up charge on recent appointment. "Full force" up-sale at work from the minute you walk in. If you like strong up selling, marginal service, questionable business practices.....this is your place!
Don't waste your time or money – The employees were cold, almost rude and I had poor results. I purchased a groupon for 6 laser hair removals. On my first visit I walked in and the guy behind the desk didn't even look up. After several minutes he got up and left without speaking to me. Someone else took his place and I told her the previous person didn't speak to me or have me sign in and she told me to ignore him, "he's the owner." !!!!! It's so obvious they couldn't care less about the client. Don't use this place
Very bad experience and an idiot owner - Jamie Fox – My experience with Skin Renew does not even deserve one star. I went to Skin Renew to check on one thing and came out with a very expensive pkg. consisting of Obagi products and the Obagi Blu Peel for $925. For those that do not know what a Blu Peel is...its painful, very invasive and a long recovery time. BEST SKIN CARE CLINIC AROUND!!! – For anyone who has tried every product and/or treatment out there, and is still not satisfied...you have not experienced Skin Renew!!!
