New staff is great ! The office is beautifully decorated. I was a little skeptical from reading past reviews but I was pleasantly surprised . They carry a great selection of products and are really interested in providing an overall experience for their customers . I had laser hair removal , and they provided me with topical numbing cream that made it pain free! LOVE IT!

THE NEW SKIN RENEW IS THE BEST!!! I had been there several times in the past couple of years - each time the service and results were worse and worse. SURPRISE SURPRISE... it's now under NEW OWNERSHIP and MANAGEMENT with TRUE PROFESSIONALS - not imposters running the place. I had a hair removal performed by Bree who is OUTSTANDING. I met the new owners (Women) who are dedicated to making the experience painless and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with my visit - I'LL BE BACK and SPREAD THE WORD!!!
THANKFULLY, Skin Renew Laser & Vein has NEW OWNERS - the old group was AWFUL. They were only open 4 or 5 hours a week - NEVER returned phone calls - and had an ATTITUDE. ALL THAT HAS CHANGED with the new ownership. First of all, it is NOW OWNED by WOMEN - who are PROFESSIONALS in the business and devote FULL TIME to the Clinic. AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had an appointment at 5:15 and I get a phone call at 10:30 telling me that they were under new management and that since I had a half off depot voucher that I could not come to that appointment, but could make another appointment during their new business hours. They said since they were not making money off my voucher they could not stay after hours for me. I have had this appointment for close to 2 months. I do not understand the reviews below and surprised at the comments. When I went to Skin Renew the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. As for price, if you do any kind of research, they are at or below average cost with the exception of Groupon. I had the best experience here. I bought a voucher off Groupon for Spider Vein Removal and saw the results I was looking for. I have been back many times and will definitely continue to do so.
