I am sitting here waiting to see Dr Rau but wanted all to know a woman came in wanting to speak with a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant. She was sent down to Dr Rau's office by another doctor and she couldn't discuss what she was here for in the waiting room in front of everyone but needrd to be seen right away. Now I could have been upset that the lady was taken in pretty quickly because obviously something was seriously wrong. Especially if another doctor sent her to Dr Rau to be immediately seen. I've been seeing dr Rau for several years.her staff gets you an appt quickly-which is great. Dr Rau really listens to your health problem & gets to the solution of how to handle problem! Great staff love Sharon

Great place. The staff is very accommodating and Dr Rau is extremely easy to talk to. Took care of a few problems for me and I am very pleased. If you need a dermatologist she's the one.

A number of family members have seen Dr. Rau over the years. Office staff were very pleasant, the office environment very relaxing (love the classical music!). Excellent care and follow up.
The staff was friendly and thorough. It was a very short wait time in the waiting area. Very clean and neatly decorated office. The appt wait time to see Dr Rau is extensive so you will probably have to see the PA which is good.
