When i called to make appt i clearly said i had a cyst on my eyelid pretty close to my eye. After a brief 5 min consult i was referred to the eyelid specialists. If i would have been told when i explained the situation when i called for the appt about the possibility of them not being able to do it I would have just saved myself wasted time and money and went directly to the eyelid specialists.
Friendly service....highly recommended. They know what they are doing.
First time visiting Dr. Rau's office and so far I'm pleased! The receptionist was kind and helpful with sorting out insurance and paperwork, while the nurses who did my initial exam were just as great! The staff here is warm and welcoming and has helped put me at ease about my first visit.
The staff is always so nice and helpful. I have recommended the practice to numerous family members.
My sons graduation is this weekend and I woke up with a cystic pimple. Dr Raus staff got me in today and I was able to be treated. Excellent customer service and a big thank you to getting me in asap.

I'm sitting in my room waiting for my doctor takes a little long but she is very busy the staff here is extremely sweet and make me smile so worth the wait with end results �
Wish they had these acne treatments years ago when my boys were teens. Two of my sons suffer greatly with digestive disorders from being on acutane . Would have been nice to have these other safe options.
