I have had about 4 treatments so far and thanks to Aika's skills and knowledge about the serums and lasers, I am seeing my old scars start to diminish. Aika's bedside manner is warm, professional, encouraging and attentive. She takes the time to listen to every concern in detail, and never once have I felt rushed during an appointment. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients' outcome/results, and that makes all the difference." The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming.

I wanted to love Skin Laundry, but Studio City left me feeling dismissed and disrespected — especially when it came to basic customer service and empathy. Very disappointing! It was my second time. First they canceled my appointment last mintue telling me that the technician was sick and they will make it up with a mask or whatever (never happened but it's fine) when I went there the other technician who did my treatment was sick too (having a cold) so that's fine, then after my treatment I did everything by the book(limiting sun exposure/using SPF in the right time) I even bought the serum, I start having discoloration patches my forehead and got sick too. These ladies were great! This was my first laser appointment ever after doing years of microneedling. The membership is a good deal and can’t wait to see how regular appointments will do for my skin.
