Very disappointing experience. I live right up the street and was excited to try this place for the first time. The staff was rude and canceled my appointment when I showed up within 2 minutes of my appointment time. I would have expected a hospitality oriented customer service experience at this price point.

The facility is nice, and the workers are nice. their business model is extremely irritating. every single time I am there they are pushing another service another fee, another add-on, more money more money more money. the appointments are very short, which can be a plus for busy people but having spent so much money there, well on what I typically would spend, I do not feel pampered and spoiled. I have had about 4 treatments so far and thanks to Aika's skills and knowledge about the serums and lasers, I am seeing my old scars start to diminish. Aika's bedside manner is warm, professional, encouraging and attentive. She takes the time to listen to every concern in detail, and never once have I felt rushed during an appointment. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients' outcome/results, and that makes all the difference." The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming.

I wanted to love Skin Laundry, but Studio City left me feeling dismissed and disrespected — especially when it came to basic customer service and empathy.
