I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance and asked for a half day off at work just to make it. The night before, I received an email saying my appointment was canceled because they called me during my working hours for confirmation and I wasn't able to pick up the phone. When I called them first thing in the morning, the person on the phone did not care whatsoever. Absolutely frustrating and disappointing experience.

I booked with SL specifically for a neck treatment for melasma, but the experience was frustrating and disorganized. The website was unclear, so I called and was told to book a regular facial and that I’d receive a consultation to determine the right neck treatment. That consultation never happened. Despite explaining my goal multiple times (phone, online form, arrival, and again in the chair), no one seemed to be paying attention.
