Bait and switch. My wife made an appointment at a special introductory rate. They canceled her appointment, so she rescheduled, being assured it’d be the same rate. Arrived for her appointment and was told their agreement was no longer valid, and tried to sell her something much more expensive. Avoid this place!!!!
I saw a special on a skin treatment for $50 and then a plan to have the same plan for $175 a month for 4 months. After 4 months you have the membership option of continuing for $175 as long as you continue the membership. I went in for the first treatment, the staff and treatment were amazing. I scheduled the next session and asked should I pay for the membership then, or on my next appointment. They said to pay on the next appointment.
