I never leave bad reviews, but my experience with this place was actually one of the worst I’ve had. I confirmed my appointment the day before (having PROOF of it on my phone saying “appointment confirmed!”). I walked in at the exact time down to the minute and had to sit and wait for 7 minutes while the women at the front desk argued with another woman (then getting a text saying I’m late for my appointment). I am Visiting from Santa Rosa beach and had a tight schedule. I scheduled a 1045 appointment. I received a text around 9:30 that my Appointment was at 10:30 so I rushed out the door trying to make it for the earlier time and walked in their door at 10:35...plenty early for my original appointment time. Treatment to my face and neck was wonderful. Thank you, Madison. Receptionist was absolutely rude and I will never go back because of her!!! She told me because I was 3 minutes late that they could not provide me with a complete treatment and took time to argue and reprimand me. I won’t even go into my experience with my “membership”-so unprofessional-do NOT go to Skin Laundry!!!!
Absolutely horrible customer service. I showed up 5 mins late after calling 3 times to ask if it was going to be an issue to be late. Never answered then told me I couldn’t get the service done. Front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional
