I have been getting Microderm Abrasion treatments from Kim for a little over a year now. Kim offers a variety of treatments and products to help all skin types and needs. Bought on group on and couldn’t get anyone to answer the first day, 2nd day they said they would call me around noon, no call, then I canceled my group on and got refunded And got a text from them saying they would call me that evening if that was okay, I said sure and still no call!
I have paid for two sessions and ca t get anyone to call me to set up an appointment. I have left voice mails and messages on Facebook messenger. At this point just refund my money!
