I have emailed and emailed and emailed trying to get a prescription filled and never heard a thing despite getting an automated response saying someone would get back to me soon. I have tried to sign up/ login to their online portal to fill it, despite never having received any kind of information about it or given any directions on their website and of course there is no way to do that. Moreover, Dr. Brooks’ hours of operation and pricing for multiple treatments are definitely comparable and suitable.
