I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. When I first contacted them to request an earlier appointment, I was told that my family doctor needed to send an e-referral along with photos of the skin condition for urgent consideration. We followed their instructions exactly and had the referral and pictures sent. Absolutely Wonderful experience. Wonderful service from my very first phone call. Charlene is so kind and pleasant. I was very anxious about coming and she made me feel better the first time I spoke to her. Doctor O’Toole was wonderful and very, very thorough. She found some things on my nose that other people totally missed. I had waited months for my appointment just to have them barely look at my skin condition and they didnt seem to have much help for my common condition. They didnt let me ask any questions and literally waited by the door signaling for me to leave after telling me outdated information about products. They didnt seem to know much about common products from companies that would reccomend you to ask a dermatologist if its right for you. I definitely advise going to toronto or a higher rated place instead even for conditions tha... read more
