Took months to get in there then they made an appointment with wrong doctor . They tried to make another appointment with a general physician instead of a dermatologist . Then the receptionist called me on the phone and was very rude ! I will never go here thats for sure . They are very judgmental
Was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews, as I expected to be rushed through my appointment. Dr. O’Toole took extra time to examine a few spots beyond the one I was referred for, and I ended up having both liquid nitrogen treatment and a biopsy. My mistake was booking just 1.5 hours off work. If the clinic is running behind, appointments can take longer than expected. That made me more anxious and impatient than I would have liked, so consider this my apology review! Overall, a positive experience.
