My husband and I live just around the corner. Haven’t been to Skimos in a while, but decided to order takeout last night. We ordered the tilapia meal and a philly style pizza. We ate the tilapia right away then waited a couple of hours to try the pizza. When we opened the pizza, not only was it the wrong pizza (brick oven shrimp & I am highly allergic to Cajun seasoning in the Cajun cheese), but it was burned around the edges! Extremely disappointed!!! Needless to say, that was our last ever takeout order from this place!!!
Didn't get past the cold spinach dip. No apologies were given . No substitute offered. No manager in site.
I love the food and service. Best pizza in Memphis! I always go there when I'm in town (^-^)
Its a great place to eat and the employees are wonderful. Jim and I eat here all the time.
Love their Ribeye!!! Great flavor. Everything I've ever ordered was fantastic.
Was very disappointed when we went to skimos on Father's Day. We waited about 10minutes past opening to see if Maybe there was an issue with opening (have been attending skimos after church for awhile now) and then an employee showed up to tell us the owners sent him there to put a closed sign on the door because they were out of town and it was the holiday. Felt that was very unprofessional, if you know you are gone still you should prepare not wait until the day of or 10 minutes after to put a closed sign up. I don't know ... read more
