Recently purchased the Capita Outerspace Living snowboard after some processing issues and poor customer service from The House. Ski Country Sports was very fast and efficient with processing and shipping from North Carolina to Michigan. I recieved my order approximately 4 days after ordering. I would highly recommend this company for online orders. Very satisfied with my experience with them.
Just finished getting new custom footbeds for my Nordica DOBERMANN GP 130 ski boots created by Mark Russ at Ski Country in Banner Elk. Got an awesome fit. Awesome job Mark! If you need a new board, skis, boots, or apparel be sure to visit Mark and the whole crew at Ski Country in Banner Elk or Charlotte.
The only place we have ever gotten skis from. A terrific place with great people. Went in this year and they remembered me and my boots from the year before. That's great customer service!!
Set my son's bindings wrong. Could not keep boots in skis. Had to take them to repair shop at base of sugar mtn. To get help fixing them correctly. Used about an hour of our ski time. They did nothing about it when we returned them. NO refunds! Poor customer service.
