Not very professional. Old dark hair lady taking personal calls at front desk and very loud. One lady’s son had procedure on right arm and was having personal conversation during work hours- we don’t need to know what is going on in your personal lives. Had cortisone injection- the asian dr method was not great- was worried for needle stick injury on his assistant and he poured the prep fluid all over my shoulder dripping down my arm- there are better methods 🙄

Older lady at the front desk needs to learn some customer service. Was a bit of confusion as to what was required of me for a follow-up and feel she was intentionally vague and unhelpful. Not everyone is aware of the procedures, so perhaps clearly explain what is required.

The admin staff and ultrasound lady were fantastic and made me feel at ease. The X-ray staff was professional but the prac student, who was the one to call me in should have read my form properly instead of addressing me as Mr. I had to confirm that he was actually looking for me. The parking lot is a little harder to find if you don’t know about it- it’s on the back portion and can be accessed via a lane way from High St. Would recommend it if you’re needing an ultrasound.

Very sad to think if you are Bulk Billed and you need a copy of your X-rays to take to another doctor other than the one who requested them they want to charge you $44.00 is this now common practice with all radiology providers ????
