My old unit was installed rather shabby in my attic. Note this was a 30 year old unit and I've lived in the house for 10. Trent went to the local hardware store and brought back extra plywood so the new unit had a good base(old unit sat on beams). I consider that going above and beyond. Great service! Thank you, Trent!

We worked with Brandon Helmly, and he was fantastic. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful for us as first-time home buyers. HVAC and thermostat needed repairs. He was able to identify the issues quickly. He explained everything clearly and took care of every issue that came up. Highly recommend him!

Our AC blower motor died recently. I called Brown heating and cooling around 8AM and spoke with Dan, he was very polite and professional and had us on the schedule within a few minutes. The technician, Brandon, called us about an hour later (a little earlier than scheduled which was great for us) and was at our house shortly after. Brandon was also very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and answered any questions we had. Hard working men and long hours getting as much done as they could today! Great work, very happy with it all and how much thought they gave to it all. We had to replumb due to slab leak. We had the bathroom redone with taller toilet and walk in shower and new vanity and a new dw and hot water heater installed. They worked with us on it all and peace of mind was to covered they go beyond when they need to. Will be having them do some more work in the future they are on my to call list!
