Kevin was friendly and told us everything we needed up front, gave us a quote and finished the job in a timely manner. We even signed up for their HVAC, plumbing and electrical plan. I would highly recommend Kevin Schoen for any plumbing needs.

It was a pleasure to have Brandon work on my AC today. I was suffering through the heat and dreading the potential cost of service. I work from home so there was no escape or reprieve if I ignored the problem. I knew it had to be done. Brandon was knowledgeable and professional. Things going wrong is a common inconvenience when owning a home, but this company made the process a little less burdensome. I’ve had the pleasure of using Brandon for my HVAC system and William for plumbing. Both technicians were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. My issues were resolved quickly and the scheduling team ( I’m so sorry that I don’t remember their names) was amazing!

Skeletons/Browns is an HVAC company that my family truly trust! Their friendly technician, Landon French, was incredibly thorough. He didn't give up until he found the root cause of the problem and ensured ensured that our family was safely taken care of. He was highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. After being with our previous HVAC provider for eight years, we switched to Skeltons/Browns and are glad we did. Highly recommend!

This was our first time needing a new hot water heater. We needed it quickly and Brown’s service was prompt & thorough. I had a little sticker shock ($4k) but didn’t have time to shop and compare with other plumbers. Our installer Edgar was knowledgeable & thorough. I just have no idea if the price was reasonable.
