My old unit was installed rather shabby in my attic. Note this was a 30 year old unit and I've lived in the house for 10. Trent went to the local hardware store and brought back extra plywood so the new unit had a good base(old unit sat on beams). I consider that going above and beyond. Great service! Thank you, Trent!
Had a leak on my water heater. Called the office and set up an appointment for 4 o clock. I was planning on getting a couple of quotes, however the speed and professionalism earned my business. Probably could have found a cheaper option, but they were very fair in their pricing. They were able to come much sooner. Kevin did a great job of assessing the problem and giving me a few options. The team did a great job from the beginning. I called late in the afternoon and was able to be serviced the next day. I was given an appointment time, not a window for the entire day. Clay called me to inform me of the time he would be arriving after completing his previous job. This was a great experience. From the moment I first called, through the follow up call, and to the arrival of the technician…everything was fantastic. Kevin was awesome and very kind. He pointed out a problem I didn’t even know I had and was able to fix it on the spot!!! He was fast, professional, and I didn’t feel he was trying to “get over on me”. As a new homeowner it means a lot to know where you can get fast and professional services. They are definitely on speed dial. I highly recommend.
