Kevin was friendly and told us everything we needed up front, gave us a quote and finished the job in a timely manner. We even signed up for their HVAC, plumbing and electrical plan. I would highly recommend Kevin Schoen for any plumbing needs.

Jordan was respectful, kind, patient and knowledgeable about his trade. He politely explained the ins and outs of my cooling system to me and provided pictures and scenarios. Jordan ably answered all of the questions that I asked him. Jordan's knowledge about HVAC was quite impressive. In addition, Jordan's personality was pleasant, refreshing and quite personable. Jordan has a very nice smile, also.

It was a pleasure to have Brandon work on my AC today. I was suffering through the heat and dreading the potential cost of service. I work from home so there was no escape or reprieve if I ignored the problem. I knew it had to be done. Brandon was knowledgeable and professional. Even though I knew I was responsible for not having preventative measures with my AC units, Brandon did not make me feel awful for my neglect. Skeletons/Browns is an HVAC company that my family truly trust! Their friendly technician, Landon French, was incredibly thorough. He didn't give up until he found the root cause of the problem and ensured ensured that our family was safely taken care of. He was highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. After being with our previous HVAC provider for eight years, we switched to Skeltons/Browns and are glad we did. Highly recommend!

This was our first time needing a new hot water heater. We needed it quickly and Brown’s service was prompt & thorough. I had a little sticker shock ($4k) but didn’t have time to shop and compare with other plumbers. Our installer Edgar was knowledgeable & thorough. I just have no idea if the price was reasonable.
