Large shop with multiple shoe types and sizes. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. I have been using this brand for a while now and it serves me well both as work shoes and running shoes. Recommended the shoes and this store in particular for the helpful, friendly staffs and the large stocks.
Friendly service at the counter. Good range of shoes. Good that staff don’t ‘hover’ over you when you’re trying to buy something.

The lady who assisted me today was an absolute superstar! I popped in around 5:10pm to check if they had stocks of the shoes I saw online. I didnt want to order online as I was unsure of the sizing and stock search in their website wasnt working properly so I decided to visit the store since I was already in Southern Cross heading back to Geelong. I bought a pair of sketchers go walk 7,very comfortable show, unfortunately the shoes tore down after using them about 15 times ( light use ). I went to store the first time around and I was told that there would not be any exchange because I brought them back after 30 days, 38 to be precise. After contacting sketchers online website they suggested to speak to the store manager and bring them back for an assessment.
