Went there today 01/08/26 around 11am. Only one staff member on the floor. Was pretty quiet with only one or two customers coming in during that time. Almira was happy to get the different sizes for me to try and she was so quick to get them. And I got some goodies to boot at checkout. Only 4 stars as they didn’t have a “sale” section like other stores. Skechers can be chaotic at times but timing is everything.
Visited the Skechers store on 9 May around 4:30 PM with my family. We were not greeted or acknowledged by the staff member and felt judged by the way he looked at us. Moments later, a white customer entered and was immediately welcomed warmly. The contrast in treatment was very noticeable and honestly felt discriminatory. It left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service should be respectful and equal toward everyone, regardless of race or background.
Extremely poor service 19/01. The shop assistant had zero interest in helping find shoe sizes and options for my children. Nil attempt to size the kids until I showed frustration that I didn't know the current shoe size of my boys. No personality, and I should have been paid for the sale... not her.
Rude customer service lady. Bought a sandal two days and the sole started peeling. She says its wear and tear. Everyone who has faced this, go on and raise an ACCC and Fairtrade Case! This behaviour needs to be stamped out, if this store needs to be closed. That is why there is Consumer Law.
